THE D I O R GROUP signed a Program Management Office (PMO) Contract for Al Shabab Sport Club Arena | Investment & Development Program. The Saudi Ministry of Sport (The Concession Authority) has signed the contract wit the Program Consortium led by THE D I O R GROUP on the basis of BOT Concession contract for 25 Years.

The Program is launched to address the Saudi Sport Transformation Program; one of the most promising aspirations of Saudi vision 2030, as well as Saudi Arabia is the Host Nation for FIFA WorldCup 2034.
The program simple design conceptualizes for Integration of activities, including sports, entertainment, sport medicine, and shopping, to enhance the quality of life.
THE D I O R GROUP designed a special-puroposed Join Venture with some Saudi joint contractors (AITCO + WAJA) , and managed to qualify THE HANCE SPORTS PROJECTS CO. LTD. – HSPC (the “Concessionaire”) to secure a long-term investment contract with the Saudi Ministry of Sport (the “Concession Authority”) and Al-Shabab Sport Club (the “Club”) to invest develop and operate the land of the Club with a contract of (25) years according on the basis of BOT (Build – Operate – Transfer of Ownership) (the “Concession”) under the management of THE D I O R GROUP; Program Management Office (PMO).
The program aims to transform the club into a modern sports facility in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, and achieve multiple economic and social benefits, as follows:
- Developing Sports Infrastructure: Designing, implementing and developing the Club’s sports facilities with international standards that accommodate various sports activities and meet the needs of athletes and the public.
- Enhancing Sports Tourism Sector: Establishing hotel facilities and residential apartments and attracting sports tourists from inside and outside the Kingdom by organizing promotional sports and tourism events.
- Supporting Entertainment Sector: Establishing recreational venues including various facilities such as theaters, cinemas, restaurants, food courts, gaming areas, sports entertainment and entertainment clubs.
- Investing in Health Sector: Establishing facilities for sports federation activities, and advanced sports health facilities such as specialized port health centers, sports medicine hospitals and sports clubs.
- Supporting Business Sector: Providing an integrated work environment including offices, commercial facilities and retail stores, contributing to enhancing local economic activity.
- International cooperation and partnership with FC Barcelona of Spain.
