GREENVERSE CONSORTIUM (GVC)
GVC is the global umbrella program and project management consortium founded and managed by THE D I O R GROUP. Spanning from 2024 to 2050, GVC oversees projects management across the Middle East and Africa, while each individual project operates under its own distinct legal consortium or Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). The GVC portfolio features large-scale infrastructure PPP projects—including Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) and Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain (DBFOM) models—exceeding $50 billion under the PMO management of THE D I O R GROUP.

Furthermore, GVC’s Technical Consortium houses global, blue-chip Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms from the USA, China, and the EU, while its Financial Club brings together international financing institutions and local development banks.
